Z40 Insight

Today’s victim in our testing lab is the all new Z40 Insight case. The Z40 Insight is custom modified by Xoxide’s factory partner and sports some interesting features. The first thing you’ll notice is the rather basic design of the case. The Z40 Insight is a standard steel mid-tower ATX case that has been given a slight make over. Xoxide.com sells the Z40 Insight for only $42.99 USD. At this extremely low price the Z40 Insight is the cheapest decent looking case I’ve seen in a long time.

The front bezel is very simple and doesn’t sport any fancy chrome or tinted plastic finish. This particular bezel design has been around for quite some time and gives the case an old school look. As you can see the power LED is inside the power button. The HDD LED is above the reset switch and there is an area to affix a case badge under all that. There are small air vents surrounding the lower area of the bezel. This will insure proper airflow for the front intake fans.
