Page 5 of 5 Conclusion: Even though Cooler Master's Eclipse and Mars cooler fell short, the Hyper TX (Intel) seems to have shined through. Every feature that may be negative has an alternative positive. Where it fails in one respect, it makes up for it in another. The only negative aspect of the cooler is the mounts. With some patience, overcoming these problems is possible. This cheap, silent and performance oriented cooler appeals to a broad general audience of experienced, inexperienced, and budget customers. However, it does lean more toward the inexperienced and budget crowd. We definitely have to honor this cooler with its genuine attempt at bridging multiple demographics, and combining many budget and performance features. Cooler Master manages to do all of this without breaching the 40-dollar mark. FastSilicon.com recommends this cooler for any budget enthusiast or first time performance purchaser. Note: Cooler Master makes the same cooler in an AMD Flavor. {mos_fb_discuss:7}
